Courtney Lill celebrates five years as executive director at The Terraces at Capitol Village, leading improvements in operations and resident experience. During her tenure, the community earned the 2025 Bronze Commitment to Quality Award from AHCA NCAL and is advancing toward the Silver level. Lill has also received recognition from the Pennsylvania Health Care Association and Marquis Health Consulting Services for her leadership and dedication.
